Our mission is to promote self-empowerment, growth, and change by opening up the
minds and spirits of diverse individuals and communities to social and cultural issues
through the use of our educational and entertaining multimedia products and services.
We currently have two companies: Center for Literacy through Indigenous
Teachings, Cecilia J. Myrick, Ph.D., President and Pantharess Productions, Celia N.
Myrick, President.
Dr. Myrick has been an educator for twenty-five years. Currently, she is an Associate
Professor/Reading Specialist at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia.
Celia N. Myrick is a filmmaker, writer, artist, actor, and model. Her film "One Night
Stand" is in demand for HIV/AIDS Preventive Education Initiatives and programs for
youth of color.
